Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2, 2026

1. Scope and contact

This Privacy Policy explains how Panicmodeon handles information when you visit res.panicmodeon.com, read an article, view advertising, or contact the site. The site operator and privacy contact is BALRAJ SINGH. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to [email protected].

This policy is written for a global audience and is intended to comply with applicable United States federal and state privacy and consumer-protection laws and, where their material and territorial scope applies, European Union data-protection and privacy rules. These include Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation or "GDPR") and national laws implementing Directive 2002/58/EC (the ePrivacy Directive). Local mandatory law may give you additional rights that cannot be limited by this policy.

2. Information collected

  • Network and device data: IP address, user-agent, browser and device type, operating system, language, approximate location derived from IP, requested URL, referring URL, date and time, response status, and security or error information.
  • Usage and advertising data: pages viewed, links or advertisements interacted with, campaign and referral information, and advertising identifiers such as cookies or a Google Click Identifier (GCLID), where permitted.
  • Cookie and consent identifiers: essential security identifiers, advertising or measurement cookies, and a record of privacy choices when a consent platform is active.
  • Communications: your name, email address, message, attachments, and any other information you voluntarily include when emailing us.

The site currently has no user accounts, public comments, newsletter form, or file-upload form. Please do not email sensitive information about a child, health condition, financial account, government identifier, or password.

3. How information is collected and used

Technical data is collected automatically when your browser requests a page or third-party resource. Communication data is collected only when you choose to email us. We use information to:

  • deliver, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the site;
  • measure traffic, referrals, advertising performance, and aggregated site use;
  • select, deliver, limit, and report advertising, including personalized advertising only where permitted and consented to;
  • respond to questions, privacy requests, corrections, or legal notices; and
  • comply with law, enforce site terms, and prevent fraud or abuse.

Under applicable United States law, processing is carried out subject to relevant federal and state privacy, advertising, and consumer-protection requirements. Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar law applies, processing may rely on consent, performance of a requested service, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests in operating and securing an informational website. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

  • Necessary and security technologies: Panicmodeon and Cloudflare may use short-lived identifiers needed for content delivery, traffic management, security, and abuse prevention. These are set by the site or Cloudflare and generally last for a session or a limited security period.
  • Advertising and measurement technologies: Panicmodeon uses Google Ad Manager and Google Ad Exchange (AdX) to display and measure advertising. Google and participating advertising partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to deliver, measure, limit, and personalize ads, subject to your choices and applicable law. The Google tag may also be used for Google Ads campaign and conversion measurement.
  • Consent technologies: A consent management platform may store your accept, reject, or preference choice so the site can respect it. The preference center will identify the storage period when the platform is active.

Third-party advertising cookies may be associated with Google domains, including doubleclick.net or country-specific Google domains. Browser controls can block or delete cookies, but disabling necessary technologies may affect site operation.

5. Advertising and your choices

Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to Panicmodeon or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve personalized ads based on visits to this site and other sites on the Internet.

You can manage or turn off personalized ads through Google Ads Settings. You may also review how Google uses information from partner sites and Google's Privacy Policy.

Ads delivered through Google AdX may involve Google and participating ad technology partners. The available partners may change over time; you can review Google's current ad technology partner information and use the site's consent settings, where available, to manage your choices.

6. Third-party services

  • Google LLC — Google Ads, Google tag, and Google Analytics: traffic, engagement, campaign, and conversion measurement. Google may receive network, device, page activity, referral, click, cookie, analytics, and consent information. You can review the Google Privacy Policy and use Google's Analytics opt-out tool.
  • Google LLC — Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager, and Google Ad Exchange (AdX): advertisement selection, auction, delivery, frequency control, personalization, fraud prevention, and reporting. Google and eligible advertising partners may receive ad-request information such as the page URL, ad-slot details, IP address, device or browser information, approximate location, cookie identifiers, and consent signals. See Google's current ad technology partner list; partner-level choices are also available through the site's consent preference center.
  • Google LLC — Google Fonts: delivery of web fonts. The font request may disclose your IP address, user-agent, and requested resource to Google. See the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Google LLC — Gmail: processing and storage of email sent to the contact address. See the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Cloudflare, Inc.: content delivery, DNS, traffic management, security, and abuse prevention. Cloudflare may receive network and device data and may process it in locations where it operates. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Links to article sources and other external sites transmit information to those sites when you choose to follow the link. Each provider handles information under its own privacy policy and offers its own controls where applicable.

7. International data transfers

Google, Cloudflare, and email infrastructure may process information outside your country. Where required, providers use recognized transfer mechanisms and safeguards. Their policies explain their corporate locations and transfer practices.

8. Data retention

  • Site and security logs controlled by Panicmodeon: normally up to 30 days, unless a longer period is necessary to investigate abuse, protect the site, or comply with law.
  • Email correspondence: normally up to 24 months after the last substantive communication, unless deletion is requested or a longer period is needed for legal or recordkeeping purposes.
  • Privacy-request records: up to 3 years after a request is closed to document the response and comply with law.
  • Advertising, consent, CDN, and provider records: retained according to the applicable provider's settings and policy. Cookie duration varies by cookie and is shown by the consent platform or provider documentation when applicable.

Information may be deleted earlier when it is no longer reasonably needed, or retained longer when required by law, dispute preservation, security, or fraud prevention.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or information about disclosure. You may object to certain processing, withdraw consent, opt out of personalized advertising, or complain to a competent data protection authority.

To exercise a right, email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Request" and identify the right you wish to exercise. We may request reasonable information to verify identity and authority. Authorized agents may submit requests where local law permits.

10. Children

Panicmodeon is written for parents, caregivers, and educators and is not directed to children for data collection. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.

11. EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland consent

Where required, Panicmodeon uses a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. The consent interface explains advertising personalization and provides accept, reject, and preference choices.

If valid consent is not available, Google Ad Manager may serve non-personalized or limited ads where permitted. A privacy policy alone does not replace the required consent interface.

12. Security, changes, and contact

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information, but no Internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. We may update this policy when services, advertising partners, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified by the updated date and, where appropriate, an on-site notice.
